M&J GLOBAL TRAINING & SERVICES SDN BHD is a Bumiputera-owned sole proprietorship registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF), the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), and the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). They also hold Category C under the National Training Licensing Scheme of the National Sports Council.
Operating since 2010, the company specializes in tactical operations. They have experienced rapid growth, providing services in the field of security by training personnel according to current needs. Their Network Services include self-defense training for specialized consultations for specific sectors or industries that require security solutions. All training courses are conducted by experienced trainers and experts who have been trained and recognized by the Safariland Training Group USA and the Elite EX-Police Force of Malaysia, known as the Special Action Unit, who have extensive experience in their respective fields.
M&J GLOBAL TRAINING & SERVICES SDN BHD also offers tactical equipment supplies, such as T-Batons, Straight Batons, Handcuffs, Pepper Spray, Multi-Tools, Self-Defense Art equipment, and much more.
We are also certified from Hrdf as a certified training provider and a certified Trainer for Malaysian Skill Certificate for “Close Protection Officer” level 3

DIRECTOR PROFILE
DATUK MOHD KHALIL BIN KADER MOHD
Chairman
Born in Negeri Sembilan, holds a “Master of Science in Human Resource from Glasgow Caledonian University (CGU)” and a “Master of Arts in Political & Security Analysis from National University of Malaysia (UKM).”
He has 36 years of experience in the field of policing and has held various prominent positions in PDRM, including the Director of the Narcotics Crime Investigation Department, Chief of Police in Johor, Secretary of Malaysian Police, Assistant Director of D9 Criminal Investigation Department, Assistant Director of D1 Criminal Investigation Department, Deputy Chief of the Crime Investigation Department (Intelligence/Operations) in Sabah, and Deputy Chief of the Crime Investigation Department (Intelligence/Operations) in Selangor.
He has international experience, serving as an observer for the United Nations in Kosovo and Western Sahara. He was also an investigator in high-profile cases, notably the disappearance of Flight MH370.
JASMADI BIN ZAKARIA
Executive Director
The founder of M&J Global Training Services holds an LLB (Honours) degree in Law from Universiti Teknologi Mara Malaysia. They have nearly 20 years of experience in a uniformed organization.
They received training certification from the Lowell Police Academy in Boston, USA in 2016 and the Shreveport Police Department in the USA in 2018 in the Master Instructor & Examiner field for T-Baton, Straight Baton, and Handcuff techniques.
Additionally, they have pursued training and qualifications as a Qualified Instructor from the USA for Pepper Spray, Arrest Techniques, Tactical Driving, Smoke Bomb, and Riot Prevention.
In the field of martial arts, they hold the title of Senior Instructor and are a 4th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo Malaysia (TM WTF), as well as being a licensed National Training Academy instructor at the National Sports Institute.
One of the programs they initiated is the Women’s Self-Defense Program (PROTEK-NITA).
MISRAN BIN OSMAN
Managing Director
The founder and Managing Director at M&J Global Training & Services Sdn Bhd. Holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Geomatica University Kuala Lumpur.
With nearly (23) years of experience in the uniformed services, having served in several key departments including the Special Actions Unit, Criminal Investigation Department, Commercial Crime Investigation Department, and Narcotics Crime Investigation Department of the Polis Diraja Malaysia.
Qualified as a Trainer from the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) “Train The Trainer” program and certified as a Trainer by the Department of Skills Development, Diploma in Close Protection Services from Malaysian Skills (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) under the Ministry of Human Resources. He is proficient in conducting tactical courses such as Bodyguarding, Close Quarter Battle, Physical Training, Shooting Training, Vehicle Assault Techniques, Surveillance, Self Defense, and Arrest and Search Techniques. He also holds a 4th and Black Belt in Karate.
Received advanced training from the Special Operations Command Pacific USA (SOCPAC), KAPAP Training in Jakarta, Indonesia, and the International Law Enforcement Academy Bangkok, Thailand (ILEA) in Tactical and Combat Techniques and Planned Raids.
